Good Morning Readers,
After my last post about everything I ordered right after finding out I was pregnant, I started realizing just how much of my daily life revolves around things I’ve bought from Amazon—especially postpartum. It honestly blew my mind a little! I wake up wrapped in bedding I ordered from Amazon, wearing cozy PJs from Amazon, make my morning coffee in a mug I ordered, then get my baby ready in clothes from my Amazon registry. So, I figured—why not put together a list of all my favorite Amazon finds that have made everyday life a little easier (and cozier).
Once my baby girl arrived, Amazon quickly became my new best friend—and I’m sure most mamas can relate. Suddenly, you need more things than you ever realized before bringing your little one home. And honestly, those long days at home with a newborn can get a little lonely. So when you finally find a quiet moment to yourself, lying in bed with your phone in hand, a little online shopping can feel like the best kind of therapy
So without further ado, here are some of the best items I have ordered thus far:
Pregnancy prep:
PUKE BAGS for on the go cause you never know when “morning” sickness could hit or even a bad smell or food that’s not as tasty as it used to be— (https://amzn.to/4oQQe1Z)
LONG SLEEVE PAJAMAS cause lets face it, growing a whole person is exhausting— (https://amzn.to/4oNMwGh)
SHORT SLEEVE PAJAMAS for the days when hot flashes are a bit too hot to handle— (https://amzn.to/4qNICzi)
A “MAMA” CREWNECK SWEATSHIRT because I feel like it’s a necessity, an adorable one at that! This is the one I chose but of course there are many options on Amazon to choose from— (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBTL4M4D/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20)
A “MAMA” WATER BOTTLE because it’s so important to keep yourself hydrated throughout pregnancy and postpartum!— (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F1DK279Y/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20)
MATERNITY LEGGINGS By the time I reached my third trimester I practically lived in these, I usually paired them with a short sleeved maternity shirt and a button up flannel that covered my butt— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DDXSLCL3/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
SNACK BASKET FOR NIGHTSTAND if you’ve been pregnant before you might be familiar with the feeling of needing to eat immediately before disaster strikes. Here’s a basket I kept on my nightstand full of late night snacks that did not require me to leave my bed at 2AM— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DZGN53DD/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
Postpartum Must Haves:
HIGH WAISTED UNDERWEAR its good to prepare with some high wasted underwear, it especially comes in handy if you end up with a c-section since the seam line for normal undies typically sits right where the incision site is. I still wear these for something comfy during my menstrual cycle.— (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y36NRXR/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20)
NURSING BRA’S these bras are perfect for nursing and honestly I might just wear them forever, they are extremely comfortable and adjust from the front which is convenient since our boobs are constantly changing through pregnancy and postpartum— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P9L9DYC/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
WASHABLE NURSING PADS as a new mom I was completely unaware that I would leak and need nursing pads (as silly as that sounds) until I received disposable ones at my baby shower. So I was equally surprised when I went to order more and there were reusable ones. Here are the ones I ordered— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R77D8K1/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
BELLY BINDER this was an absolute lifesaver after my emergency c-section— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QRHY95G/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
READING PILLOW this was also a lifesaver after a c-section, giving added support and its something I still use almost 3 months postpartum— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FJS39RX4/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
NIGHTSTAND I cannot stress the importance of having something to set things on by your bed and your couch. You will have so many things sitting there from diapers and wipes to pump parts and of course a lamp!— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DRGBL8PW/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
New Mom TLC Items:
NESPRESSO VIRTUO if you’re an iced coffee girly like me, you may want to consider this espresso machine, it makes incredible coffee and I actually got mine about two years ago and I use it every day. Especially as a freshly postpartum mama, trips outside of the house are few and far between. With this I can make a delicious coffee shop worthy drink in the comfort of my own home, its basically like a keurig only you can make espresso, or regular coffee, there’s even pods for going over ice.—https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DVD67F76/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
ICE to go along with my coffee I use this ice tray set— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQ85P9CZ/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
DISPOSABLE CUPS after a c-section I could hardly stand up or walk so doing dishes was definitely out of the question— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DSF5ST57/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
MINI FAN postpartum and breastfeeding tend to cause hot flashes and I personally have to have a fan on me while breastfeeding, I keep mine on my nightstand— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08T8TTVHC/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
HIGH WAISTED LEGGINGS once you are final able to eave the house again or even if you’re having company and prefer not to wear pajamas these leggings are super comfortable and have been my go to bottoms for months I ordered 3 pairs— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HQFXZCW/?tag=MamaBlogger20-20
To all the new mamas and mamas-to-be—congratulations! This season is beautiful but also full of big changes, both physically and emotionally. Remember to give yourself the same care and grace you pour into your little one. These Amazon finds aren’t just about convenience—they’re about helping you feel supported, comfortable, and a little more like you again. Whether you’re healing, resting, or just trying to make it through the day with a cup of coffee, I hope this list brings you some comfort and encouragement along the way.
